The Block’s Jess Eva shared a hilarious photo of a conversation with her mum questioning what to do with them.
Eva writes on the post:
"Omg Mum!!!! Maybe there needs to be more explanation for our older friends re - QR code’s 😳😳😂😂🤷♀️🤷♀️"
In the screenshot, Eva’s mother starts the conversation with:
“Sorry to sound dumb, but I’m not sure who to ask…”
Her mother continues to ask what to do with all of the photos she’s kept of the codes. She writes:
“Who do I send all those photos of the QR codes too? . I keep taking the pictures of them. Me bloody phones full of them. I havent had any information from government texts or anything to say what to do with it, and I don’t want my phone full of it.”
Eva responds thinking her mother is joking and replies with:
"Are you joking? 😂😂😂"
Eva’s followers found the interaction hilarious and the comments section is filled with laughing emojis. The Block 2019 runner ups Elise and Matt commented on the post:
"Omg 🙈 bless her cotton socks 🤣😂💜”

COVID Safe check-ins have become mandatory in some states due to the current lockdowns and are a new thing for many of us so it’s not too surprising that some aren’t familiar with the process. Using a phone’s camera, the QR code is designed to open a check-in form in which the person must register their details to be used for contact tracing.

The Blue Wiggle was declared dead yesterday, and it's a hoax we can't deal with.
Fans were in shock yesterday as Anthony Field, one of the founding Wiggles members and all-around-Aussie-legend, was announced dead on the internet.
Brutally, his Wikipedia bio claimed his date of death was August 15, 2021, but as you might realise that date has gone and passed and Anthony is (thankfully) still with us!
The 58 year old performer posted a screenshot of the Wikipedia entry to his socials with the caption, "Wikipedia had me dead yesterday!".
"Unless I'm not up with the times, I'm still here!!" he continued.
Poking fun at the hoax death-declaration, when asked by followers how he died he responded with 'It didn’t say, maybe over eating hot potato! Stacked the Big Red Car?'.

Stacked the Big Red Car?

Thankfully, Anthony Field's wikipedia bio has since been updated with his death date removed, and the world feels to have been set right again. Toot toot, chugga chugga.

Bindi Irwin has shared a gallery of photos of daughter Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, who is now 4 months old.
And she’s looking pretty relaxed hanging out with her family in her very own bub-sized camp chair! So adorable!
In the Instagram post, Bindi called Grace her “princess” and included photos with husband Chandler, brother Robert and mum Terri.
"Our Wildlife Warrior princess. 💛 I wish you could hear all of Grace's 'Ah-Gooo' and 'Gheeeee' noises while these photos were taken. Her smile is the best part of our day," wrote Bindi in the post, while proud dad Chandler commented, "The happiest little moments ❤️."
Scroll through the gallery to see all the sweet photos.
It's fun to see Grace showing up more and more on the social feeds, including a cute photo of her in purple sunnies last week.
And Chandler posted a super cute video of him and Grace doing selfies while out on a daily “dad-venture". We can tell she's going to be a star!

Yep, audio from Gladys' press conferences has (finally) been turned into a certified bop that gives the infamous 'Get on the Beers' by Victorian Premier Dan Andrews a run for it's money.
The NSW Premier doesn't get all the credit though, with TikTok user Danny Stern behind the soon-to-be chart topper.

From all of NSW, thank you Danny for your service, it has truly made these wretched lockdowns a little bit sweeter.
In true TikTok style there's also a dance to accompany the track, and a petition has been set-up in a bid to get Gladys to perform it at one of her press conferences. Fingers and toes are crossed.

Now, which do you think is better? Glady B or Get On The Beers?
