Chinese censorship has outraged fans after changing the ending to Fight Club.

Fight Club is an iconic film from 1999 (yes it's over 20 years old now) that starred Brad Pitt and Edward Norton.

For those that haven't seen the film, mild spoilers are ahead.

The movie follows an insomniac (Norton) who meets a Soap Salesman Tyler Durden (Pitt).

Together they create a secret underground Fight Club that soon turns into something bigger.

The late Meatloaf had a supporting role as Bob, whom Norton's character met at a support group.

Even Jared Leto (30 Seconds to Mars) has a role in the flick.

Fast forward to the ending, Norton's character kills Tyler Durden and watches the city fall to the ground.

Explosives (pre-911) destroy skyscrapers which completes the anti-capitalism message of the whole film.

But China has very aggressive censorship when it comes to anything that could create an uprising in its citizens.

So, the film ending cuts off just before the buildings fall and displays a message on the screen.

"Through the clue provided by Tyler, the police rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested the criminals, successfully preventing the bomb from exploding."

"After the trial, Tyler was sent to lunatic asylum receiving psychological treatment."

"He was discharged from the hospital in 2012."

So Norton's character was sent to a lunatic asylum for 13 years and the government (police) stopped the bombing.

This of course has fans in uproar as the whole premise of the film was to go against the system.

What is not clear is if the government ordered the film to be censored or if it was self-censored by the video provider, Tencent.

Here's a recap of the films that have changed for China.

Now the Chinese film market is massive, with China having a larger share compared to the USA.

The problem for Hollywood though is that to get a share of that market, they need to appease the censors.

Do you think it's okay to change a movie based on a whole country?

Watch this death-defying driver perform the riskiest U-turn you've ever seen.

In a video shared to social media, a daredevil driver can be seen conducting a near-impossible u-turn on a small road, along the edge of a cliff.

Rumoured to be somewhere in Hong Kong, the laneway appears to be right on the edge of a sheer drop.

In the hair-raising manoeuvre, the vehicles' wheels are continuously centimetres away from slipping off the side of the cliff.

The driver - who undoubtedly has nerves of steel - successfully turned his vehicle around within two minutes, completing a 20-something-point turn.

The clip has put many viewers on the edge of their seats, with one Youtube user admitting, "my heart pounds at each turn."

"What if there's another car approaching and unaware of the one being reversed?," he continued, "too risky, in my opinion".

"Life is much more precious than a reverse turn!," said another.

While one viewer commented, "I am impressed with his driving skills; I am most impressed with his insanity."

"Sometimes people are healthy and happy, but they have to find creative ways to put that in jeopardy."

The first look at Guillermo del Toro's ‘Pinocchio’ has finally been released with its first teaser trailer after years of development. The film was first announced in 2008 and had many production issues and delays until Netflix announced it had acquired the film's release a decade later in 2018.

In the teaser, we meet Sebastian J. Cricket. He says in the clip, "I want to tell you a story. It’s a story you may think you know, but you don’t. Not really. You see, I, Sebastian J. Cricket, was there. As a matter of fact, I lived, actually lived, in the heart of the wooden boy.”

They also announce the film will only be released on Netflix in December of 2022.

The film is directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Guillermo del Toro and Mark Gustafson, and features an all-star voice cast with Ewan McGregor as Cricket, David Bradley as Geppetto, and Gregory Mann as Pinocchio.

"It's me!"

Her mother was quick to reply with "It's you? Look at mommy, let me see if it's you"

Manu turns to show her mommy (and us) how much she actually looks like the younger Mirabel.

The video has received almost a million views on Instagram.

Stephanie Beatriz voices the character Mirabel whom you might recognise from Brooklyn 99 (Rosa).
