Seinfeld’s official soundtrack has finally been released, 23 years after the last episode of the iconic 90's sitcom aired in 1998.
The 'Original Television Soundtrack’ is composed by original composer Jonathan Wolff and contains a collection of 33 tracks. It’s the first time the music is available outside of the television series itself.
And I want to hear that version, Kenny!! That's exactly why I included the instrumental version on the album (even though I did NOT write that song) 😆
— Jonathan Wolff (@seinfeldmusic) July 5, 2021
Wolff said to Variety about the release, “It was 30 years in the making,” and confesses he didn't know why there wasn’t a “Seinfeld” soundtrack while the series was actually running.
“We were an accidental hit. We were busy getting episodes out, and nobody was thinking about the music. And that’s OK.”
Wolff also explained that he got the gig on Seinfeld because Jerry Seinfeld was unhappy with the original music in the pilot and was recommended by his friend, Comedian George Wallace.

Hollywood director Richard Donner had died in Los Angeles at the age of 91, with stars including Mel Gibson and Steven Spielberg among those paying tribute.
Donner, whose credits included Lethal Weapon, The Goonies and the original Superman film, died on Monday.
Oscar winner Gibson found fame starring in the Donner-directed Lethal Weapon series alongside Danny Glover.
He described Donner as "my friend, my mentor".
"Oh, the things I learned from him," Gibson said.
"He undercut his own talent and greatness with a huge chunk of humility referring to himself as 'merely a traffic cop'.
"He left his ego at the door and required that of others. He was magnanimous of heart and soul, which he liberally gave to all who knew him.
"If we piled up all the good deeds he did, it would stretch to some uncharted place in the firmament. I will sorely miss him, with all his mischievous wit and wisdom."
Spielberg, a close friend, who worked alongside Donner on The Goonies, hailed Donner as "the greatest Goonie of all".
"Dick had such a powerful command of his movies, and was so gifted across so many genres," he said in a statement.
"Being in his circle was akin to hanging out with your favourite coach, smartest professor, fiercest motivator, most endearing friend, staunchest ally, and - of course - the greatest Goonie of all.
"He was all kid. All heart. All the time. I can't believe he's gone, but his husky, hearty laugh will stay with me always."
Born in the Bronx, New York, Donner began his career in television, with credits including anthology series The Twilight Zone and spy thriller The Man From Uncle.
After directing horror film The Omen in 1976, he found international acclaim for his work on Superman starring Christopher Reeve, often regarded as the first modern superhero film.
The Warner Bros blockbuster became the sixth-highest grossing film of all time after its theatrical run and won an Oscar for its visual effects.
Donner went on to direct movies such as The Goonies (1985) and Scrooged (1988) but it was his work on the buddy cop Lethal Weapon series, starring Gibson and Glover, that earned his biggest box office hits.
As a producer, he owned The Donners' Company with his wife Lauren Shuler Donner, producing the Free Willy and X-Men franchises among many others.
In a statement, Warner Bros described Donner as "a pioneer of the modern superhero, horror and action film genre. His films were some of the most popular of their time and many have become modern classics".

The latest food craze going around the internet is pasta chips, and one video on how to make it has gone viral with more than 19 million plays.
TikTok user @feelgoodfoodie uploaded a quick instructional video showing how she mixes cooked penne pasta with parmesan, olive oil and seasoning then throws it in the air fryer for 10 minutes so it gets deliciously crispy and crunchy.
She then pairs it with a whipped feta dip - yum!
The best thing is, it’s a trend you can get on board with right away because you probably have all the ingredients at home already.
And don’t stress if you don’t have an air fryer. She pinned a comment saying you can bake them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, though she also warns that they probably won’t be as crispy.
@feelgoodfoodie ##pastachips are my new favorite chips! They’re so good and make the best appetizer! ##pastatiktok ##summertime

People are loving it, with commenters keen to try other pasta types, though one person said, "As an Italian, I don't know how to feel about this."
Another commenter noted: “Step one: soften the pasta step two: harden the pasta again” which is hilariously true.
And a few commenters were somewhat confused and missed the whole point of the cooking step, saying they might as well just eat the pasta straight out of the box. “But that would be RAW pasta,” Feel Good Foodie replied.
Have you tried it yet?

Nathan's Fourth of July Hot Dog-Eating Contest men's champion Joey "Jaws" Chestnut (zz/STRF/STAR MAX/IPx, AP)
How about this for an appetite: A new Guiness World Record has been set after a man ate 76 hot dogs (and buns) in 10 minutes!
It's the 14th time that Joey Chestnut has taken out the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest record, beating the record he set last year by 1 hot dog.
No wonder his nickname is "Jaws"!

14 titles 🐐 pic.twitter.com/3iia7YIHdr
The guy who came in second place managed to eat only 50 hot dogs and buns, though that’s of course still massively impressive!
The women’s champion was Michelle Lesco, who ate 30.75 hot dogs and buns (yes, every bit counts).
Of course, someone made a very good point about the competition, which we find hard to argue with:
If they let dogs compete, this record would be laughable pic.twitter.com/06Oopq1yTJ

If only he washed it down with a gallon of lemonade...
There was also a new lemonade skulling competition at the same event (Nathan's brand of lemonade course), with popular YouTuber and competitive eater Badlands Booker taking out the title with a record of 37 seconds. He's no stranger to chugging, as they say in America, and will surely be back next year to improve on his record.
Just for context, a gallon equals 3.7 litres! That's a lot of lemonade!
And that much lemonade means a massive belch at the end of course.
