A large scale search is underway for two children who are missing on a rural property in the central west of New South Wales.
Ell and Hannah Jones have not returned home after leaving for a walk at about 2.30 pm yesterday.
Police and emergency services were called to a rural property on White Cedars Road, Kains Flat which is about 35km north-east of Mudgee at about 5.45 pm yesterday.
12 year old Hannah Jones is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, with brown hair and is believed to be wearing a pink top.
14 year old Eli Jones is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, with brown hair and is believed to be wearing a grey t-shirt.
Orana Mid Western Police are coordinating a multi-agency response, with assistance from specialist officers from Police Rescue and the Dog Unit.
Officers are also being assisted by NSW Ambulance, NSW Rural Fire Service, the NSW Volunteer Rescue Association, and the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service.
