NSW recorded 270 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
 
One new case was acquired overseas and five cases have been excluded following further investigation, bringing the total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic to 76,391.
 
NSW Health is reporting the deaths of three people - one woman and two men - a man in his 60's from Wollongong died at Wollongong Hospital, he was not vaccinated and had underlying health conditions.
 
Of the 270 locally acquired cases reported to 8pm last night, five are from Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, and 73 are from Hunter New England Local Health District.

To 11:59pm on Thursday 4 November 2021 across NSW, 93.8 per cent of people aged 16 and over had received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 89.4 per cent were fully vaccinated.
 
In the 12-15 year old age group, 79.9 per cent have had their first dose, and 67.4 per cent are fully vaccinated.
 
The total number of vaccines administered in NSW is now 12,495,154.
