A couple from the UK have gone viral after they showcased their sensory-friendly wedding.

Aaron Gibson and Ramona Jones didn't want a typical wedding.

Let's face it. Weddings can be a really stressful thing for anyone.

When you have autism and ADHD though, it can be 100 times worse.

Loud noises, crowds of people, and feeling uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Aaron and Ramona both have Autism and ADHD so a simple, quiet, and well-planned wedding was essential.

Choosing the place was first on the cards along with getting familiar with the location to avoid unknowns.

Limiting the number of guests was easy when the venue could only hold 18 people.

When it came time for the celebrations, this was held in the garden to help diffuse the noise.

Speaking of noise, earplugs were worn to reduce the volume so the focus could be on the day.

Sitting at the end of the table helped with feeling overwhelmed and also meant there didn't need to be as much eye contact.

The video has gained over 16 million views since being published and Ramona has added some details that were missing from the video.
