Remember Crazy Frog? The character originally known as "The Annoying Thing" is making a comeback in December with new music.

The Crazy Frog's hit single which was a cover of "Axel F" (theme of Beverly Hills Cop) became one of the first viral music hits, reaching the number one spot in Australia as well as Sweden, Belgium, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland and the UK back in 2005.

The video uploaded to Youtube in 2009 currently has over three billion views. It was followed by other singles such as "Popcorn", "Jingle Bells", and "We Are the Champions (Ding a Dang Dong)."

The Crazy Frog Official Instagram teased fans with new content after posting an image of the animated character in a kitchen with the caption, "Something’s cooking… #soon #crazyfrog."

According to reports, the comeback song will be a mash-up of classic hits targeting the TikTok generation and inspired by TikTok trends.

Producer Wolfgang Boss says about the comeback:

"When we started Crazy Frog, there was no TikTok, it didn't exist... But right now TikTok is super important. It's basically the number one platform for people to share new music and funny things connected with music."

Original producer Reinhard "Voodoo" Raith will work with Boss to create the track and it's set to drop on December 10 via Youtube.
